The closest location for me to purchase fireworks is a group of people who've set up a makeshift operation/tent on a busy local street corner. In ninety-five degree weather. Fifteen feet from a gas station.
It's hard to believe that North Carolina ranks somewhere in the forties in education. Most in North Carolina never see that list, of course, because counting past forty is really, really hard.
